How do things get done around here? Who made this decision? What is going on in this parish? Well, from my point of view, most things get done around here by an incredible staff in the office and many people who volunteer in many ministries here in the parish. To this date, I still am finding out about special people in our midst, doing wonderful deeds in our community. As to how decisions are made, and what is going on in the parish, I have a special group of people who help me with this as well. Our Pastoral Council meets monthly to discuss ministries in the parish and they are key in advising me in decision-making. If you have concerns, or even compliments :), you can seek one of these people out, and they can bring those topics to our meeting for some discussion. The Council members are Sue Delgado, Jud Holtey, Bernadette Lombard, Sue Wolf, Joan Legg, Alma Rosa Alvarez, Aaron Morris, Karen O’Rourke, and Frank Hayes. When you see them, thank them for their service, and if you would like something to be on the agenda for our meetings, feel free to speak with them.
