What has Jesus done for you lately? How often do you think about Jesus? How would you describe him in your own words? The uncertainty of John the Baptist in this weekend’s gospel finds itself in our lives from time to time. We can help each other with this if we allow ourselves the permission to share what we have seen Christ doing in our lives and in the lives of others. "Go and tell John what you hear and see..."
Just this past week, I have been healed of my sins. I have seen Jesus heal others from theirs. He has visited the sick and brought them comfort. He has brought tears of joy to people. He has been the catalyst that spurred someone on to giving to the poor. His word has given me the insight in how to deal with a problem. Man, has he been busy working wonders in my life! What marvelous works of God can you name off, for the building up of someone's faith, or your own?
